    Ensimmäinen oma taidenäyttelyni 4.3.2025-27.3.2025 Tapiolan kirjaston näyttelyseinä Kaijassa. Avajaiset 4.3.2025 klo. 18.00.

    Näyttelyn teokset ovat muistutus itselleni ja muille olla unohtamatta omaa lapsenomaista puolta itsestään. Muistetaan jokainen pitää huolta itsestämme <3 Rakkaus ja värikylläisyys ovat hyvin läsnä.

      I inherited a patterned scarf with a damaged border, and I would like to repair it so I can wear it again. I would rather test carefully than unpick stitches from fragile fabric later. Most of the fabric is usable, although the narrow outside border has lost its color. I found a quiet green trim and a warmer brown alternative at the fabric shop. Neither is an exact match, so the repair will inevitably introduce a new color. While comparing the options, I came across color analysis since the new edging would frame my face whenever I wear the scarf loosely. I can pin short samples in place before sewing anything onto the old fabric. Keeping the original feel is important, although I hope to use it regularly afterward. Which comparison would help you choose between preserving the pattern and flattering the wearer?
