I’ve been using Craybet for about six weeks or so and figured I’d share what I think since I haven’t seen many posts about them on here. I signed up on a whim and signing up took maybe a couple minutes. Min deposit was $10 which is pretty standard. I grabbed a welcome bonus — 100% up to $500 plus 50 free spins on Gates of Olympus. Rollover is 35x which is kinda average but not the worst I’ve seen.
The game library is honestly pretty solid. They’ve got titles from Pragmatic Play, Betsoft, plus Microgaming — meaning Book of Dead, Starburst, the usual heavy hitters. I’d guess maybe 2000 games including table games. The live dealer section is powered by Evolution which is quality — played some roulette and Lightning Roulette with real dealers and had no complaints.
Now the one thing that kinda bugged me was payout speed. Withdrew via Bitcoin and it took almost two days the first time. After that though it dropped to like 24 hours. They accept credit cards, Skrill, Neteller, and BTC which is pretty much everything you’d want. I’d look at their current offers over at Craybet to see for yourself.
Using Craybet from my iPhone worked better than expected. No dedicated app though the mobile site runs well and all the games load no problem. I played a few sessions in bed and no performance issues.
Customer service on Craybet is alright — they have live chat that actually connects in under five minutes when I’ve used it. I contacted them about my verification docs and they sorted it same day. Licensing is operating under a Curacao license and that’s standard for platforms like this. Not everything is amazing — the bonus wagering could be lower — but as a daily player I’m still using it.
I’ve been messing around on Craybet for like a couple months and wanted to share some thoughts since I haven’t seen many posts about this place in this forum. Registered randomly one night and registration took maybe 90 seconds. Starting deposit was $10 and that’s normal for US-facing sites. I grabbed a sign-up bonus — 100 percent match to $500 plus fifty free spins on Sweet Bonanza. Wagering was 35x and that isn’t amazing but it’s manageable.
The game library is bigger than I expected. There’s games from Pragmatic Play, Betsoft, plus Play’n GO — meaning Book of Dead, Gonzo’s Quest, all the popular ones. I’d guess maybe a couple thousand titles including table games. Live dealer stuff runs on Evolution and it’s quality — tried roulette and Lightning Roulette with real dealers and had no complaints.
One thing I wasn’t thrilled about was payout speed. Tried cashing out with Bitcoin and waited like a day and a half the first time. After that though things sped up. Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller, Bitcoin so that covers most bases. You can look at what they’ve got going on over at https://svnewtech.com to see for yourself.
Mobile experience on Craybet on mobile is actually smooth. No dedicated app but the web app loads fast and everything works no problem. I played some slots in bed and didn’t notice any lag or glitches.
Customer service on Craybet has been alright — they have live chat and someone actually responds in under five minutes most times. Reached out once about my verification docs and it was resolved pretty quickly. I think they’re Curacao licensed which is what most platforms like this. Wouldn’t say it’s perfect — promo codes seem rare — but overall I’m still using it.
